The Employability Skills course is an accreditied training course for disabled people. The course
offers training in the following:
- Planning and Reviewing learning
- Understanding work standards
- Communicating with others at work
- Introduction to working with others
- Exploring job opportunities
- Developing skills for travelling to and from work
- Tackling number problems
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Introduction to customer care
- Team Work

How long does it last?
The course last for 35 weeks per year and runs one day per week. The course takes two years to complete.
